There is snow on the ground and my Christmas tree is up, so it's beginning to feel like the holiday season. It may seem a little crazy to serve frozen desserts when it's 20 degrees outside, but crank up your heater and enjoy one of the best Christmas frozen desserts. Peppermint, eggnog, and gingersnap are all great flavors that just feel like the holidays. It's a yummy way to enjoy the flavors of the holiday in a brand new way.

One of my favorite flavors for Thanksgiving and Christmas is cranberry. I love the pairing of sweet and tart, because it balances out the desserts and doesn't leave things feeling too rich after a big meal. This list of cranberry frozen desserts is a great place to start if you want to try a new recipe. Ice cream, sorbet, and ice cream pie await you. Or, keep it simple and make a cranberry sauce that is perfect over vanilla ice cream or cheesecake.

Merry Christmas!
